In order for the grated parmesan not to be burned during baking this tip ican help. To have a perfect cheese on your gratin not that the one being burn. First sprinkle the parmesan cheese then over top it with the butter flakes. That the butter melt first and makes the cheese gold brown.

Old toast

Do not throw your old toast, dry toast can be save by baking it into mini cake. Deep the toast into the butter, brown sugar,almond flakes, and sprinkle some zimt. Then bake it 200 grad into the oven for 10 minutes. This would be a great goodie snack to nosh.

Cutting Onions

Do you hate cutting onions specially when you cry alot.

For just one hour, deep the onions in a warm water. Then you can easily remove the skin and enjoy cutting them without crying.
