Cheese gratin

Old toast

Do not throw your old toast, dry toast can be save by baking it into mini cake. Deep the toast into the butter, brown sugar,almond flakes, and sprinkle some zimt. Then bake it 200 grad into the oven for 10 minutes. This would be a great goodie snack to nosh.

Odorless frying

To have an odorless room when frying your favorite fish, place a baking paper over the warm oil and then place the fillet. The baking paper will absorb the oil and that the fish is also well cook and no fishy smell inside your kitchen.
