Homebound

Four summers ago, my sister spent her vacation learning basic French. To do that, she enrolled in a foreign language school. One of the school’s expertises was the French language. So all summer, she would go to school everyday except for weekends. She would eventually talk French to everyone in the house. Though it felt like irritating on my part, I would let her let her talk to me in French first before her translating it English. In time I memorized some French words and its pronunciation.
Anyway, after Summer, she was really good with her French language studies. She has decided to take an advance course enrolling in the same school. While working she would attend class at night and on weekends. In no time she has gone into an eloquent French speaker. Then she began applying for a job in Paris. A year ago, she was employed by a clothing company located in Paris. I am very happy for her.
In her last email she was asking for me for help. She said she is looking for chie mihara, pret immobilier, and bagagerie publicitaire through the web and could not find them. Since I know a little French, I had to use an online translator. Thanks to Google I found the sites she was looking for. Well, I guess it’s time for me to learn French at school as well. Maybe next summer!
