When your soup taste very salty, add one potato that was cut into four and let it be cooked then remove it from the soup. For salty vegetables, add sugar or honey and for salty frying brush it with honey.

Storing ginger

In order for the grated parmesan not to be burned during baking this tip ican help. To have a perfect cheese on your gratin not that the one being burn. First sprinkle the parmesan cheese then over top it with the butter flakes. That the butter melt first and makes the cheese gold brown.

Old toast

Do not throw your old toast, dry toast can be save by baking it into mini cake. Deep the toast into the butter, brown sugar,almond flakes, and sprinkle some zimt. Then bake it 200 grad into the oven for 10 minutes. This would be a great goodie snack to nosh.
